General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the use of the Ambit App

scope

• These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all relationships between Ambit (“we”, “us”) and users (“you”) of the Ambit Sports Community App (“Ambit” or “App”).

• User Agreement

• By downloading the Ambit app and creating a user account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

• User account

• You must have a user account to fully use Ambit. You agree to provide truthful information when creating your account and to keep your password secure.
  
  Data protection and consent to data processing

• a. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The Ambit app collects, stores and processes personal data to enable you to organize and participate in sports activities and to personalize your user experience.

• b. By registering with Ambit, you agree that we may process your data in accordance with our privacy policy and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• c. Our privacy policy can be found in the app menu under “Settings” and in the registration process. It is an integral part of these terms and conditions.
  
  Ambit App Services

• Ambit offers you a platform for self-organizing sports activities, finding sports partners and managing sports venues. The app includes features such as displaying digital twins of sports venues and storing match results.
  
  Changes to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

• We reserve the right to update the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated to you within the app and will take effect with your consent or continued use of the app.
  
  Disclaimer

• Use of the Ambit app is at your own risk. We assume no liability for damages that may arise from using the app.
  
  Final provisions

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
